This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22030 of 2022 on 13.09.2022 to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Pondicherry daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned III Additional District Judge, Puducherry on 23.11.2022 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.
