This application has been filed for grant of interim visitation rights of the minor daughter Akshara to the applicant / petitioner on Pooja Holidays and Deepavali.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant is the father of the minor child and he was already given visitation rights on every Sunday between 10.00 am and 7.00 p.m. and in view of the ensuing holidays, this application has been filed for the relief stated supra.

The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent has no objection for grant of visitation rights / interim custody to the applicant from 6.10.2019 at 9.00 am to 07.10.2019 at 7.00 p.m. It is further submitted that the applicant can also have interim custody of the minor child for Deepavali on 27.10.2019 from 9.00 am to 7.00 p.m. 1 / 3

4. In the light of the above submissions, the applicant is permitted to take custody of the minor child from 6.10.2019 at 9.00 am to 07.10.2019 at 7.00 p.m and on 27.10.2019 from 9.00 am to 7.00 p.m. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
