The petitioner herein alleging that the respondent police is harrasing him on the complaint given by the third respondent is before this Court seeking direction not to harass.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR.No.1028 of 2024 dated 17.08.2024 is pending. The petitioner herein is not available for service of summon. Therefore, enquiry not able to be conducted.
3. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner without participating in the enquiry is before this Court alleging police is harassing him. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with direction to the petitioner herein to appear for enquiry on receipt of the summon and cooperate with the enquiry. On such appearance, the respondent police shall conduct enquiry in accordance with law and dispose of the complaint given by the third respondent.
