This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21954 of 2021 dated 22.11.2021.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed.

However, it is made clear that, the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on all hearing dates, except for unavoidable circumstances.
