When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sadasivam, Special Sub Inspector, Kolamangalam PS, Krishnagiri District appeared before this Court and on instruction, learned Government Advocate submitted that pursuant to the order dated 30.03.2023, the bail granted to the Appellant was cancelled and he was secured and now he is in custody.
