This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3898 of in Crl.O.P.No.25877 of 2022 dated 20.03.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed and the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3898 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25877 of 2022 dated 20.03.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on receipt of summons.
