This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings in Crime No.641 of 2019 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completing the investigation, further action in this regard has been dropped and the notice for referring the charge sheet has also been served on the defacto complainant.
