This Civil Miscellaneous Petitions has been filed to grant leave to the appellant to file Writ Appeal against the order dated 24.06.2024 in W.P.No.15168 of 2024.
2. It is submitted by the petitioner that though the 1st respondent has not uploaded the TET certificate at the time of submitting her application and her selection has been withheld for the reason of not producing the TET certificate, the Writ Court directed to permitted her for certificate verification, due to which, the candidature of the petitioner is affected.
3. A perusal of the order of the Writ Court, especially Paragraph No.10(ii) reveals that Writ Petition was to appear for certificate verification and if she comes within the zone of consideration, while preparing the selection list, her name also be included in the SC (Arunthathiyar) category on merits and in accordance with law. C.M.P.No.20043 of 2024 AND P.B.BALAJI,J., ar Petitioner could be considered for selection. If the petitioner, who is a third party, has any grievance, it can be agitated before the appropriate Forum in the manner known to law and not by filing a petition to grant leave to file Writ Appeal.
4. Finding no merits and substance, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
