This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.169 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch-I, Egmore, Chennai.

2.Now, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that final report has been filed on 06.04.2025 and the same has been taken on file by the Additional Court for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases, Egmore, Chennai, in C.C.No.1191 of 2024 and summons have also been issued to the accused.

3.In such view of the matter, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a petition challenging the final report, if so advised.
