This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent to dispose of the execution petition dated 21.09.2023 by expeditiously in accordance with law to implement the order in Na.Ka.No.A5/4715/2021 dated 26.04.2022.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the execution petition dated 21.09.2023 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
