(Delivered by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This intra-court appeal has been directed against the order passed by the Writ Court dated 01.07.2025 made in W.P.No.20138 of 2025.
2. In fact, the impugned order was a common order in respect of three writ petitions viz., W.P.Nos.21201, 21269 & 20138 of 2025. As against the said common order, already an intra-court appeal has been filed by the present appellant in W.A.No.2489 of 2025 against Writ Petition No.21201 of 2025.
3. When the said writ appeal came up for consideration before this Court, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the appellant TNPSC had fairly submitted that the orders passed by the learned Writ Court has been complied with. Having recorded the same, we disposed the said writ appeal in W.A.No.2489 of 2025 by our order dated 19.08.2025 to the following effect:
"7. Though the impugned order has been assailed in the present intra-court appeal, Mrs.G.Hema, learned Standing Counsel appearing for TNPSC would contend that insofar as the second opportunity given in the month of 2/5
June 2025 for re-uploading the certificates is concerned, it was given only for limited number of candidates who had made an attempt for the first time but could not complete the entire process and to those candidates whose certificates were found to be defective and such kind of opportunity would not be given to all the candidates and the logic that has been adopted by the learned writ Court to extend the benefit to these petitioners also is liable to be interfered with.
8. However, learned Standing Counsel appearing for TNPSC would fairly submit that the order passed by the writ Court which is impugned herein has been complied with and the writ petitioners have been permitted to reupload the certificates and to complete the onscreen certificate verification, which they have successfully completed.
9. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for TNPSC that the orders of the writ Court have since been complied with, the writ appeal which is presently before us, if at all is decided, it is only for academic interest. In this context, we deem it appropriate to observe that the issue raised in this writ appeal can be decided in an appropriate case. Since the TNPSC has complied with the order which is impugned herein by permitting candidates, including the present respondent/writ petitioner, to complete the process of 3/5
onscreen certificate verification, we do not wish to go into the merits of the order impugned as no further adjudication is required at this juncture.
With this observation, this writ appeal is disposed of. No costs. Connected C.M.P. is closed."
4. Since this is yet another writ appeal arisen out of the very same impugned order, this writ appeal has to be disposed of in the same line.
5. In view of the same, this writ appeal also is disposed of in the same line as has been disposed of by our order dated 19.08.2025 made in W.A.No.2489 of 2025. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
