C.M.P.No.5643 of 2024 in A.S.Sr.No.61818 of 2023 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 215 days in filing the above appeal in A.S.Sr.No.61818 of 2023.

2.Heard Mr.T.Sathiyamoorthy, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Mr.G.Thangavel, and Mr.S.Prabhu, learned counsels who take notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 respectively.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 215 days in filing the above appeal in A.S.Sr.No.61818 of 2023 is condoned.

3.The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order. Registry shall print the name of the learned counsel for the respondents in the cause list when the appeal is listed for hearing.
