ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed against the Order of transfer dated 21.11.2017 passed by the first respondent transferring the petitioner to Indira Gandhi Polytechnic College, Mahe.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned standing counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner retired from service on 31.03.2023 and nothing survives for the present for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. A perusal of the Order impugned in this writ petition, it appears that the Order passed by the first respondent is to transfer the petitioner to Indira Gandhi Polytechnic College, Mahe. In view of the specific contention of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, the 2/4

petitioner had already retired, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
