PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to appoint an Official Liquidator under Sections 39 & 40 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975 (Act 27 of 1975) r/w. Rule 34 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Rules, 1978 to manage the movable and immovable properties of the 3rd respondent Association pursuant to the notification of the 1st respondent in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 07.05.2014 under Section 44(4) of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act in so far as striking off the 3rd respondent Association and deemed to have been dissolved.
