Crl.O.P.No.21011 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.21011 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 & 506(II) of IPC, in Crime No. Not known of 2023, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that already anticipatory bail was granted before the Sessions Court but could not be taken up and the same was adjourned from time to time and hence the petitioner was constrained to move a direction petition before this Court. As per the direction of this Court the petition is for anticipatory bail is taken up and was dismissed and the police is pressuring to the said accused.

3. There shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks and hence this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner, if he required any appropriate separate application can be filed thereafter.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
