ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachments made by respondents 6 to 11 in the 200 meter stretch cart road known as Madha Kovil Road situated at Survey No.316, connecting Vandhavasi Main road, as highlighted in Annexure of Revenue Map of Madhuranthagam Taluk, signed by the authorities, dated 24.09.2008.
2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the encroachments have been removed and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
3. In view of the subsequent developments, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
