2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents has stated no objection in allowing this Petition.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also in view of no objection having been stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Petition is allowed.
