Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the Respondent from proceeding further in the matter of Notice Inviting e- Tender (NIT) for grant of license to build / renovate, operate and maintain smoking lounge and sales kiosk at Chennai Airport in Ebid No.2021_AAI_98141_1 dated December 2021(WMP.No.29192 of 2021) Pending disposal of the above WP.No.27648 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of DR.R.MAHESWARI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.FATHER XAVIER ARULRAJ, Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- If interim injunction is given in this case, it will amount virtually allowing the prayer made in the writ petition. Therefore, this prayer is not entertained and the miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
