2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with by the Tahsildar concerned on 28.11.2022, in which, the request of the petitioner for grant of patta has been rejected. Relying upon the said order, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the orders, since has been complied with, the contempt petition can be disposed of accordingly.

3.
