petitioner, submits that the order out of which the captioned contempt petition (hereinafter 'CP' for the sake of brevity) arises, has since been complied. Learned counsel submits that he has instructions from the petitioner not to press or pursue the captioned CP. Saying so, learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned CP is disposed of as closed. Though obvious, we make it clear that the respondent will stand purged of the contempt. There shall be no order as to costs.
