Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the Bail conditions imposed in Criminal MP.8813/2018 in Criminal Appeal No.374/2018 dated 2.8.2018 directing the petitioner to appear before the Learned Special Court for Prevention of Corruption Cases, Villupuram on the first working day of Engilish calendar month at 10.30 a.m, pending disposal of the Crl.A.No.374 of 2018.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the bail conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8813 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.374 of 2018 on 02.08.2018.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly without any default.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Learned Special Court for Prevention of Corruption Cases at Villupuram once in three months on the first working day of English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
