ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second Respondents to survey the land in Survey No. 83/8A to the extent of 0.5.00 hectares at Sennampatty Village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District, along with the aid of the third Respondent within the time frame fixed by this Honble Court.

Heard J.Pradeep, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and J.Subbiah, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the third respondent. 3.
The petitioner submitted a representation before the revenue officials on 18.10.2021 to survey the property admeasuring 0.5.00 hectares, in Survey No. 83/8A situated at Sennampatty Village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District. The petitioner had also paid the requisite fees to survey the subject property and it is pending.

Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to issue notice the petitioner, counter parties and adjacent owners if any and pass order to survey the property ad-measuring 0.5.00 hectares, in Survey No. 83/8A situated at Sennampatty Village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
