This petition is filed under Section 378 (3) Cr.P.C, to grant leave to prefer an appeal against the judgment dated 07.07.2023 made in C.C.No.207 of 2018 on the file of the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore.

2. Heard Ms.G.Uma Maheswari, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the signature is admitted and the execution of cheque is also not disputed and a promissory note was also given by the respondent in favour of the petitioner and her husband.
