VS 1 MANIMARAN [ RESPONDENTS ] 2 VEERAMANI Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay all further proceedings in pursuance of the Judgment and decree dt 01/09/2016 and made in MCOP.No.22/2014 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Neyveli(in CMP.No.9617/2017) pending disposal of the above CMA.No.1802/2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VADIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.SELVAM, Advocate for the respondent the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 04.07.2017 granted an order of interim stay on condition to deposit the entire award amount by the appellant / Insurance company, within a period of four weeks.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant insurance company, on instructions, submitted that the conditional order dated 04.07.2017 has been duly complied with by the appellant.
