This petition is filed to condone the delay of 122 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Though notice has been served on the respondents 3 & 4 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.

3.Ms.Ramya V.Rao, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that she has no objection for condoning the delay.

4.In view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, the delay of 122 days is condoned and this C.M.P. is ordered.
