ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the suspension order dated 07.08.2023 issued by the second respondent and quash the same.

2. The very suspension order indicate that the petitioner was placed under suspension for 2 days, i.e., from 07.08.2023. Such view of the matter as the period is already over and the petitioner is said to have transferred, now, the charge memo cannot be challenged.
