When the case was taken up for hearing on 06.01.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the case was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 08.01.2021. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner when the case was called. The learned counsel for the petitioner thereafter appeared and submits that his representation may be considered and this writ petition may be disposed.

2. From the facts narrated in the affidavit, it appears that the dispute is of civil nature and therefore no writ petition is maintainable. Hence this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
