This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to grant patta in the petitioner's name to the property comprised in Old S.No.90, R.S.No.148/16, measuring to an extent of 0.05 cents at Vattathur Village, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2022 within a specific period of time that may be fixed by this Court.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 02.08.2022 before the respondents, seeking to issue Patta to the aforesaid property in the name of the petitioner. However, the said application has been rejected by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.Aa1/001/2022, dated 20.10.2022, on the ground that no document/sale agreement in respect of the aforesaid property.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the for the respondents 1&2, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
