It is stated that the prescribed form had been given by the respondents and the petitioner also attended an enquiry on 15.11.2019. He is submitting form along with the Family Member Certificate and requisite documents. On receipt of the same, the respondents have to pass necessary orders. Since, nothing survives in the writ petition, the petition stands closed.
2. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by passing of any order by the respondents, he may approach the Court seeking appropriate relief.
