This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.14629/M2/2022-1, dated 07.10.2022 and consequential order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.14629/ M(2)/ 2022 -u dated 07.10.2022 and quash the same as being arbitrary.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.
3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
