ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent police to secure the petitioner's minor daughter viz., K.Shanmugapriya, aged about 16 years from the illegal custody of the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent and produce her before this Court and hand over her to the petitioner's custody, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue. 2.The detenue has been secured and produced before this Court. The detenue is willing to go with her mother viz., the petitioner.
3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved and the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
