Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Sepcial Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents. Heard both. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. Though the petitioner seeks a positive direction to release the lorry in question, which has been seized for alleged illicit transportation of sand, it is seen that there is a representation pending before the respondents.
