By order dated 07.04.2022 in C.A.No.297 of 2021, the Official Liquidator was directed to execute a sale certificate in favour of Mr.Y.Xavier or his nominees.

2. Although a sale certificate was executed by the Official Liquidator in terms of the above mentioned order, the applicants state that the jurisdictional Sub Registrar refused to register such sale certificate on the ground that the extent of the property was not clearly mentioned. In these circumstances, the present application has been filed.

3. The earlier order dated 07.04.2022 recorded that the entire sale consideration of Rs.43 lakhs was paid by the first applicant. In 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J kal spite of the lapse of more than two years, the applicant and his nominee have been unable to obtain a registered sale certificate in respect of the purchase of the relevant immovable property. The Official Liquidator has no objection to this application being allowed.

4. In the above circumstances, this application is allowed by directing the Official Liquidator to execute a sale certificate in favour of the applicants in respect of the property described in the schedule to the Judge's summons.
