Mr.S.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the third respondent also. He seeks to defend the impugned demand notice and hence seeks four weeks time. Post the matter after four weeks.

2. In the meanwhile, the interim order already granted shall continue till then. It is further made clear that, already the demand notice which is impugned in this writ petition has been stayed and the respondents especially the third respondent, no doubt, is precluded from issuing any further demand notice and if any such notice is issued during the pendency of this writ petition, that shall be kept in abeyance, as it cannot be given effect to unless the present demand notice which is impugned herein is decided one way or the other.
