APPLICATION No.4273 of 2002 in C.S.No.23 of 2002 PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application that the first defendant died in February, 2002. The present Application is filed to bring on record Respondents 4 and 5 (proposed defendants) as the legal heirs of the first defendant. As notice could not be served on them, substituted service was ordered and it was also effected. However, there is no representation for the respondents 4 and 5 today. Hence, they are set exparte. The Application is ordered.

2. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the plaint and post the suit after two weeks.
