2 THE EXECUTIVE ENGINEER ZONE XV, GREATER CHENNAI CORPORATION, NO.120, RAJIV GANDHI SALAI, OLD MAHABALIPURAM ROAD, SHOLINGANALLUR, CHENNAI-600 119 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend further time for a period of about two more months w.e.f. 01.01.2022 so as to rectify the alleged violation and to bring the building as per the permission and in accordance with the Development Rules in WP.20886/2021 (WMP.NO.29137 OF 2021). Order : This miscellaneous petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.CHANDRAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners in both the petitions and of MR.K.

RAJA SHIRNIVAS, SENIOR STANDING COUNSEL on behalf of the Respondents in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J) This Court, vide order dated 30.09.2021, directed the respondents to de-seal the premises of the petitioners to enable them to rectify the deviation.

2.It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners Mr.L.Chandrakumar that due to the rain, the petitioners could not able to rectify the violations and hence, he prays for two months time.

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents Mr.K.Raja Shirnivas submitted that the petitioner was already granted enough time, but they did not comply with the order of this Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted time till 28.02.2022 to rectify the deviation, failing which, the respondent Corporation is at liberty to seal the premises.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
