This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 69 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the judgement in S.C.No.46 of 2018 dated 17.03.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chengalpattu and set aside the same and acquit the appellant from all charges framed against him. 2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 69 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
