ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.11..2021 for the offences under Sections 3(1), 3(2), (a), 4(1), 5(1)(a) ITP Act r/w 342, 372(2) of IPC in crime No.1402 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused brainwashed and forced the victims to involve in prostitution. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner was no way connected in this case and he was falsely implicated in this case and he was suffering incarceration for more than 30 days from 22.11.2021. He would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocated (Crl.side) raised objection stating that by using the poor background of the victim girls, the petitioner along with others forced them to indulge in prostitution. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by both counsel and also the fact that the petitioner forced the victim girls to indulge in prostitution, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
