the payment of bills to the petitioner company at the rate of 18% instead of 12% for the works contract which was impleamented by the petitioner company.

ORDER

Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2022, 30.09.2022 and 07.10.2022 will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that copy of the aforesaid representations may be directed to sent to the second respondent once again within a stipulated period of time. 2/5

4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to furnish a fresh copy of the aforesaid representations dated 22.07.2022, 30.09.2022 and 07.10.2022 to the second respondent within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the second respondent shall consider and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, therefrom. No costs.
