2. I heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned counsel for the Respondents. The learned counsel for the Respondents has no objection to this application being allowed.

4.Upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of the said application and on considering the submission made, this application is allowed. Consequently, the Petitioner is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title within a period of two weeks from today. 5.Post the matter on 03.10.2019.
