This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order dated 24.08.2023 passed by the second respondent rejecting the representation of the petitioner seeking permission to conduct cultural program.

2. Heard Mr.P.Paramasiva Doss, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. This Court does not find any ground to interfere with the decision taken by the respondent police.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
