2. The learned Standing counsel for the respondents submits that the proceedings dated 09.09.2019, which is impugned in this writ petition has been withdrawn by the third respondent by the subsequent proceedings dated 18.09.2019.

3. Hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and the same is disposed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
