COMMON PRAYER: Contempt Petitions filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of the Courts Act praying to punish the respondent herein for their willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.17874 of 2014, W.P.No.17877 of 2014, W.P.No.17879 of 2014 and W.P.No.17875 of 2014 pronounced on 26.10.2016 within the stipulated period, award costs.

Since the issue has been seized by the Hon'ble Apex Court, it would not be appropriate to keep the contempt petitions pending.
