ORDER

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. Finally, the dispute between the parties has been settled and a closing agreement has been filed along with the memo filed in S.R.No. 17805 of 2020.

3. By recording the closing agreement as mentioned in the memo and treating the closing agreement as a part of this order, the above contempt petition is closed. This Court appreciates the steps taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the efforts taken the learned counsel for the respondent in bringing to an end a prolonged dispute.
