The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.18457/2024 dated 01.08.2024 on condition that the petitioners shall report the respondent police every alternate day at 10.30 am for a period of the three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioners had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto.
