PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to issue direction to dispose the suit filed in O.S.No.168 of 2018, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Jayankondam, within a time limit fixed by this Court.

2 C.R.P.(NPD)No.3448 of 2022 For Petitioners :Mr.S.C.Vishwanth O R D E R The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to District Munsif Court, Jayankondam, to dispose of O.S.No.168 of 2018, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition, even without notice to the respondent.

3. The petitioners herein filed a suit for declaration and injunction against the respondents. The suit is of the year 2018. A perusal of the adjudication papers filed in the typed set of papers would suggest that the first defendant in the suit namely the first respondent herein was set ex-parte, as early as on 23.10.2018. The suit has been adjourned from October 2018 onwards without substantial progress.

4. Having regard to the date of filing of the suit, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
