These petitions have been filed to grant leave to the petitioners to file the present Writ appeals against the impugned common order dated 30.07.2019 passed in W.P.No.11134 of 2018 on the file of this Court. 2.The petitioners are third party who are also aggrieved over the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

3. In view of the fact that they are third parties and they are also aggrieved, leave is granted and these petitions are ordered. 4.A sum of Rs.5,00,000/- has to be paid by the petitioner in C.M.P.No.20464 of 2019 to the Juvenile Justice Board in view of the liberal order passed in favour of the petitioner within a period of one week and a proof of the same shall be filed before this Court.
