This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to give adequate police protection to the petitioners' life and properties.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. P.N.PRAKASH, J.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 06.02.2016 said to have been given by the petitioner, it is indecipherable and therefore, no positive direction can be issued to enquire into the said complaint.

4. However, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that Krishnamoorthy, the second petitioner appears to have given a complaint dated 17.03.2016, based on which petition enquiry was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conducted in CSR No.146/2016 and the opposite party has been called, who has stated that she will not make any construction till DRO appeal is completed.

Recording the same this petition is closed.
