This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 16.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26916 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to engage the surveyor to survey the subject properties for fixing the boundaries, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any within a period of four weeks.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the as directed by this Court, the respondent surveyed the subject land and also informed the same to the petitioner by the registered post.
