ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for non compliance of the order dated 02.02.2022 made in WP.No.1446 of 2022 by this Court, thereby directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by order dated 23.11.2022 of the respondent.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this contempt petition is closed.
